1. Australian Consumer Law (ACL)

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled to cancel your service contract with us and a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value.

You are also entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods. If a failure with the goods or a service does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

By using Cardery, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under your login credentials.

3. Unboxing & Algorithm Fairness

Cardery operates a transparent, randomized unboxing system. By purchasing a Blind Box, you agree to the following:

  • Algorithm Transparency: All outcomes are determined by the Mersenne Twister algorithm based on live inventory.
  • Finality of Results: Randomized results are the core of the service. You are not entitled to a refund under ACL for a "change of mind."
  • Service Completion: The unboxing service is fully performed once the reveal animation is completed.

4. Send or Redeem Policy

Two-Hour Redemption Window: Following a digital unbox, you have exactly two (2) hours to choose to Redeem your item for Store Credit.

If no action is taken within the 2-hour window, the item is permanently assigned to your vault and prepared for physical shipment.
